Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of kinn.pet, operated by Kinn Pet LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
The platform
Kinn.pet is a digital entertainment platform offering AI-powered pet companions. Kinn Originals are generative digital companions. Kinn Portrait companions are personalized AI companions created from photos and information you provide about your real pet.
Digital companions and associated NFTs are entertainment products. They are not investments, securities, or financial instruments. Kinn.pet makes no representations about the future value of any digital asset.
Your account
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Do not share your wallet seed phrase or private keys with anyone, including Kinn.pet staff. We will never ask for them.
Content you submit
By submitting photos, text, or other content to Kinn.pet, you grant Kinn Pet LLC a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely for the purpose of creating and operating your AI companion. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You represent that you own or have the right to submit all content you provide, and that your content does not violate the rights of any third party.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform
- Submit content that is false, misleading, or infringes third-party rights
- Automate access to the platform without written permission
- Use the platform to harass, threaten, or harm others
NFTs and digital assets
Kinn Originals NFTs are minted on the Base blockchain. Ownership of an NFT grants you the right to use, display, and transfer the associated digital companion art. It does not grant ownership of the Kinn.pet platform, brand, or underlying intellectual property.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Kinn.pet is not responsible for lost assets resulting from user error, wallet compromise, or network issues.
Subscriptions and refunds
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused subscription time.
Kinn Portrait creation fees are non-refundable once the LoRA training process has begun. If technical failure prevents delivery of your companion, we will issue a full refund.
Disclaimers
The platform is provided "as is." Kinn.pet makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations. AI companions are software — they do not replace human relationships or professional grief support.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kinn Pet LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
Changes
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email.
